Motivation

We know during such a stressful and unprecedented time it can be difficult to stay motivated. But it is so important to be mindful and stay motivated so that you can defeat the quarantine fifteen and live a healthy life style. Here are some of our tips to stay motivated even as you get stressed and exhausted! We have also attached some motivational videos that you can refer back to here to see and keep your self motivated!

1. Always remember your WHY!! Why do you want to defeat the quarantine fifteen? How will you feel when you defeat it? This is a big way to stay on track, driven and focused on the challenge at hand! 

​

2. Embrace it! It can be difficult at times and you may feel down and uncomfortable but it is all part of the process! Embrace the challenge and the discomfort because it will be worth it!

3. Set goals! Weigh and measure yourself every week to assess your progress and keep motivated. This is a great way to hold yourself accountable. Make sure they are SMART! Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time Based.

​

4. Reward yourself along the way. If you lost 1 pound in a week or two, after weighing yourself have a single cheat meal that day and reward yourself, or maybe give yourself the day off. This is a great way to keep positive energy towards your goal.

5. Build a support system. We are here for you and so are your friends and family, share your goals with us, your friends and family and for sure you will receive constant encouragement and help.
