We know that in this pandemic it can be difficult to get in a good workout and you may be hesitant to return to your local gym. We are here to help! Through our site, Facebook and Instagram we are sure to give you an abundance of content to help you get those calories burnt. Below we have some videos of easy at home work outs you can do. Here are some tips we have to get yourself a good workout at home to not get distracted.

1. Create your own workout space for all your workouts! We know you may not have a home gym but try to create at least a small area of space that you can dedicate to getting those calories burned on a daily basis.

2. Set a specific time for working out every day whether in the morning before work or in the evening after work

3. Get in the zone mentally to have a good workout! If you are not feeling up to it one day, it may be better to take the day off if you are not mentally focused on your workout!

4. Vary your types of workouts. For example, if today you did the complete arm workout, then tomorrow go for a run. Have a mix of resistance/strength training and cardio for all the different muscle groups.

5. PUSH YOURSELF! If it's easy, then it's not a good workout. Your body adapts to the stress it goes under through a work out, therefore to continue having your body work hard and burn those calories make sure you are making your work outs more and more challenging as they feel easier!
