We know when trying to defeat the quarantine 15 it can be difficult to find snacks during the day (especially since you're at home all day) to help you on your goal. Well here on this post we are recommending some of our favorite snacks that you can have guilt free!


FlapJacked Mighty Muffin

These muffins are filled with 20 grams of protein and only 7 grams of added sugar. They are great for a quick breakfast or a quick snack and only need to be microwaved for 30 seconds to be ready to devour in. While enjoying these, you'd never think you are eating healthy but you actually are! They are available at Amazon and Flapjacked.com in many different flavors. We recommend S'mores, Double Chocolate and Banana Caramel!



Quest Protein Chips

Feel for Doritos? Just like with the Mighty Muffins, when eating these Quest Protein Chips you would never know you are eating healthy! These come stacked with 20 grams of protein and only 5 grams of carbs which are great for weight loss! They are found on Amazon, Target and Quest.com in many different flavors. Our favorite is Nacho Cheddar and BBQ.





Quest Protein Bars

Maybe they aren't as junk reminiscent as the previous two, but these bars are a quick and easy treat with limited carbs and loads of protein. They come in so many different flavors and a great tip to eating these are to heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds! You can find them at your local supermarket, Target, Amazon, Walmart and Quest.com Go for the Chocolate Donut or Chocolate Brownie with these bars!




Whole Foods Freeze Dried Fruit

Exclusively at Whole Foods! If you don't have the time to cut up and wash some fruit in between classes or meetings these are a great way to get in your fruit servings for the day. You can get strawberry, banana, pineapple, mango, peach and many more!






Atkins Bars

These bars are known to be tasty, filling low carb bars and can definitely help you beat the quarantine 15. They come in many flavors such as S'Mores, Lemon, Cookies and Creme, Chocolate Almond. Go to Target or Amazon and try a pack of the S'Mores or Lemon. You won't be disappointed when you need a quick low carb snack!




Halo Top Ice Cream

After a long day or week of work, we know it maybe time for some cake or ice cream. But no! You have to defeat the quarantine 15, even if everyone else is eating cake and ice cream. Well, Halo Top which is available at your local grocery store, Target and Walmart, is the perfect solution for you. This ice cream comes with only 280-320 calories in a pint.
